Workplan update

Dear group members, 

The Georgian and Israeli group members have made their contributions already to the template, as scheduled (by 15th April).

Now we have to move on to the next point-  Point 2 a) by 22nd of April  :

- Analysis and synthesis of mapping tools used by project

I hope, Sirje and Aira will provide this information by the end of this week.

I will be travelling to Canterbury between April 22-30. As soon as I come back and hopefully we have all the preliminary information, we should arrange a Skype meeting (between the dates of May 2-4) to decide on the tools our group will be working on, divide the tasks among the group members,  and set a new timeline for further work.

Dear Izabela,

thank you for the reminder. I was not sure if everyone should fill out the form or only the group members form Georgia and Israel because these courses should be implemented in the project? If you would like me to fill out the form as well I will be glad to do so.

A Skype-Meeting between the May 2 and 4 would be fitting.

Dear Manuel,  Originally, the mapping we provided at our consortium meeting, was aimed for the courses we had done within previous Tempus/Erasmus projects in Georgia and Israel. However, your contribution maybe helpful.  I would appreciate if the European partners will do it too, as it may help Sirje and Aira to analyze and offer right suggestions. Thank you

    Dear colleagues, On Monday, January 21st,  we had a very productive meeting of Goup 1 Georgian Team at Sokhumi State University - Thank you to Lia and Levan for great hosting! Pictures will be uploaded in ASSET FB group. We discussed in detail the workshop plan, it's each step. The finalized draft will be sent to group members for feedback and then sent to Dorit before the deadline. The group members agreed to Sirje's suggestion that each day one team will do the workshop: 1st day at GACE - it will be done by Sirje and Aira (Tallinn team), on the 2nd day - the Israeli Team (Liora and Yasser) will do at Sakhnin,  and on the 3rd day - Georgian team (Izabella, Lia, Levan, Irina, and Diana) will do at Kinneret. Sure all members will be ready to assist in facilitating, if needed. Looking forward to seeing you all in Israel! All the best, Izabella

    We had a Skype meeting tonight with Georgian and Israeli participants: Liora (GACE), Irina (SSU), Lia, Levan (SSU) and myself (TSU). We discussed Sirje's suggestions about organizing the TT workshops. Namely, we agree to the suggestion that Sirje and Aira will facilitate the first workshop at Gordon college, in Haifa and all our group members will also participate in it. On the 2nd day, in Sakhnin, the Georgian team (Izabella, Lia, Levan and Diana) will facilitate the workshop, and on the 3rd day in Kinneret, Liora and Irina will be facilitators. We also agree to your idea, that facilitators will introduce their own case studies As for the Introduction videos that I shared (3 versions): 1.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xc4xDgNbl6Y 2.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oACpeW6NA-o 3.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDmfE0noOJ8&feature=youtu.be let facilitators decide which one to use as introduction - can it be different on each day? I will ask Dorit about it. We also agreed to use the tutorial on creating OB in Google Drive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GBYNHFwFXMc Due to the winter holidays, we weren't able to finalize our detailed plan. I'll write to Dorit and ask for an extension until January 21 . Meanwhile, we agreed to share our detailed case studies by January 17! The Georgian Team will have a meeting at SSU on Friday, January 18, at 14:00, to finalize the detailed plan. All the best, Izabella
